Refunds, Cancellation & Billing Policies
- All prices are exclusive of 13% HST
- Sessions are released only after payment is completed
- Missed sessions require 24-hour notice or will be counted as used
- Full refund available within 10 days of starting, minus any sessions used
- After 10 days, early cancellations are subject to a 10% charge on the remaining balance
- For group training, cancellations within 30 days require a 10% cancellation fee; no fee after 30 days (for monthly plan)
- Clients agree to pre-authorized payments
